Men Open up Conference Schedule at Home with Loss to Lions

Buffalo, NY - The D'Youville men's volleyball team played in their first AMCC match of the season on Wednesday evening as the men fell to the visiting Penn State-Behrend Lions by the final score of 3-0.

Behrend jumped out to an early lead in the first set of the match, leading 9-3 over the Spartans. That lead would more than double as the set went on with the Lions leading 18-9 on their way to a 25-15 first set victory.

The Spartans would get out to a quick 4-3 lead in the second before Behrend would come back to go ahead by seven at 13-6.
