Head coach Dan Glover after the game: "Today was a great day for D'Youville women's basketball and being a part of this basketball family. Our players gave every ounce of effort and really showed they wanted this game. Before the game I challenged the team to show that this is a new era of D'Youville basketball and to fight like Spartans by not giving up until the final buzzer. We did that and I couldn't be more proud of this team."
Next on the schedule for D'Youville is a non-conference game at Houghton College December 7. Start time is at 2:00 p.m
