Len Earns All-Tournament Honors at Redhawks Fall Rally

Lockport, NY - The D'Youville women's bowling team wrapped up the Redhawks Fall Rally on Sunday, taking 7th overall.

D'Youville went 2-3 in traditional matches with victories over Hilbert and Penn State-Behrend while going 0-4 in baker matches. Through all of their matches, the women averaged 151.4 pins/match and played a total of 50 games. 

Ashley Len (Lancaster, NY/Lancaster) earned all-tournament team honors as she finished fifth overall. Len bowled an average of 180.2 and had a game high of 214 in game three - the highest single game total of anyone in the top five. 

Chloe Strong (Tonawanda, NY/Kenmore West) had a solid performance for the women with an average of 171.2 as she was the second overall Spartan at the rally. Emily Williams (Colden, NY/Springville) came in behind Strong with an average of 139.6. 

Allison Imiola (Hamburg, NY/Frontier) concluded the match with an average of 138.5 with Rebecca Hennessy (Grand Island, NY/Grand Island) tallying a 147. Emily Dick (Alden, NY/Alden) and Rebecca Weiss (Williamsville, NY/Mt. St. Mary Academy) rounded out the team with scores of 139.5 and 143 respectively. 

The next match for the women will come next Sunday, November 17 as they take on Hilbert in a head-to-head match.
