Daemen Battles D'Youville in Cross-Town Dual

Buffalo, NY - The D'Youville bowling team faced off against the Daemen Wildcats on Wednesday evening, falling in their dual and baker matches.

Daemen took the dual match 1,046 to 796 as the Division II Wildcats boasted a strong and experienced squad. D'Youville was missing one of their top averaging bowlers against Daemen.

In the baker match, the Spartans had a very strong performance. D'Youville led by 43 pins after the fourth match, but the Wildcats would come back to win by 20 pints as the women fell 786-755. 

The next match for the women will come this weekend as the Spartans take part in their first AMCC round robin, hosted by Penn State-Behrend. It is a two-day tournament taking place on Saturday and Sunday.
