Dulniak Named AMCC Defensive Player of the Week

Buffalo, NY - Goalkeeper Megan Dulniak (Cheektowaga, NY/Cheektowaga) helped her team accomplish an undefeated week in conference play, leading to her selection of Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference (AMCC) Defensive Player of the Week.

Dulniak began the week with a 14-save performance against Pitt.-Bradford as the Spartans tied the Panthers 1-1 in 2OT. She then followed up with a 12-save shutout against La Roche in a 2-0 win, her second shutout of the conference schedule.

Time and time again, Megan has come up big for her team. She has been one of the best goalkeepers in the conference throughout her career and this year has been no different. Megan leads all goalies with 38 saves in conference play. She has allowed just one goal and is third in goals against average (0.31) and save percentage (.974). To begin her career in 2015, Megan quickly established herself as an elite goalie in the conference. Dulniak finished top 5 in the AMCC in goals against average (first), shutouts (second), save percentage (third), goals against (fourth) and saves (fifth).
