Buffalo, NY - The D'Youville women's tennis team had their great 2018 season end Sunday afternoon, falling to the Medaille Mavericks in the first round of the AMCC playoffs 5-4.

Top tandem of Lauren Karoglan (Orchard Park, NY/Orchard Park) and Gillian Wittig (Depew, NY/Depew) led the Spartans to three points in the match against the Mavericks. They two took down the top Medaille pairing 8-2 while they each got wins as singles players. Each player won by the scores of 6-1, 6-1 as the top two singles players for D'Youville.
