Buffalo, NY: September 27th, 2014 - The D'Youville Women's Volleyball Team played host to a pair of conference opponents Saturday, losing to both 3-0.
As part of their homecoming weekend, D'Youville hosted conference foe Franciscan in the first game of a double-header. D'Youville lost in 3 sets 25-19, 25-20 and 25-16. Freshman Megan Schneider (Lockport, NY/Lockport) led the team with 11 kills and 15 digs.

The afternoon didn't go the way Head Coach Stephanie Kazmierczak had hoped for. "Disappointing way to start conference (play). We were too inconsistent and gave too many points away," said Kazmierczak.
With no games this week, Kazmierczak knows that it'll take hard work to get back on track. "Now we have a week in the gym to work out the kinks and get ready for Medaille."
The next game for the D'Youville Women's Volleyball Team is Tuesday, October 7th at Medaille at 7pm.
