In his first stint at Niagara University from 2003-11, Bill severed as the Purple Eagle’s Associate/Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance and Administration.
At D’Youville, Bill will be tasked in expanding the compliance aspect of the department, assisting coaches and student-athletes alike.
“Bill will primarily be responsible for all compliance matters in the department,” said Halladay. “He will continue to build a robust compliance program for our coaches, student-athletes, and prospective student-athletes. He will also oversee sport programs as a direct report.”
Not only does Morris bring Division I experience from Canisius, but he brings a pair of degrees from the college as well. Bill graduated with his degree in Marketing in 2000, then earning his Masters in Sports Administration in 2002. During his time at Niagara, Bill then earned his MBA in 2007.
“I am extremely excited to join D’Youville and be part of their growing vision and help bring it to life,” said Morris. “This is an institution on the rise and the athletic department that has great potential. I look forward to being part of something special here.”
